Tlc Homeless House Fund Tlc was started in 2014 to meet the need of the most critical homeless persons. We have opened up 2 Houses to help support the need for housing. We want to open up more houses but our budget at the time will not allow us to do this. We are a Nonprofit organization and it is our belief that everyone deserves housing.
