Attestation
To attest true copies of SAIF-Zone License, Certificate of Incorporation, Share Certificate, Memorandum & Articles of Association etc. the original of the document to be attested shall be submitted with a covering letter (this is a must) by the authorized signatory requesting for attesting the document. A nominal fee of AED.100/- is charged for 3 attested copies of the document.
Registration
The contracts concluded by the investor (in their official capacity acting for and on behalf of the company) or the company's board resolutions (only for F.Z.C and F.Z.E) etc can be registered upon submittal of three original copies of such document along with a covering letter by the authorized signatory requesting registration of the document. A fee of AED.200/- is charged and one of the original shall be retained with the Legal Department.
